Client Data Integration, Management and Clean-up
Creating a single source of truth across your client and compliance data
Robust client data is fundamental to effective compliance, operational efficiency, and business decision-making. At Lysis Group, we help firms transform fragmented, duplicated, and incomplete client datasets into a consolidated, accurate, and trusted golden source.
We specialise in client data integration and clean-up projects that not only unify records but enhance the quality and regulatory readiness of your data.
Our Expertise
Our data services go beyond surface-level clean-up. We have delivered major client data integration programmes for leading global institutions, including:
• Integrating wholesale banking client and compliance data during a global banking merger
• Creating a unified customer golden source across multiple brands for a major inter-dealer broker
These projects involved complex data consolidation, compliance data remediation, and the alignment of legacy client records into a single, compliant data architecture.
What We Do
Our client data services include:
• Client and compliance data clean-up and remediation
• Golden source creation across business lines and brands
• Client matching and de-duplication across multiple datasets
• File remediation and document validation
• Integration of KYC and AML records into unified systems
• Data governance and quality frameworks
Our focus is to ensure that compliance, front office, and operations teams all work from the same reliable and actionable client data.
Why It Matters
Clean, integrated client data:
• Reduces regulatory risk by ensuring accurate and complete KYC/AML records
• Enables operational efficiency across client onboarding, monitoring, and reviews
• Supports growth by providing a clear view of customer relationships
• Improves reporting and MI across jurisdictions and entities
Whether you’re preparing for a regulatory audit, responding to a merger, or simply improving your data environment, Lysis ensures your client data infrastructure is fit for purpose—now and in the future.

The difference between the two
A health check refers to a high-level review of the design of a framework and can identify major problem areas in a framework. A maturity assessment is more advanced and provides a detailed review of a firm’s framework which includes the testing of the effectiveness of the framework itself.
